The experience unfolds through a guided journey that combines the discovery of the land with the pleasure of dining:

• Welcome and Estate Tour: The evening begins with a fascinating guided walk through the ancient olive groves of the estate. We will discover the history of the farm, the secrets of harvesting, and the passion behind local production.

• Olive Oil Tasting: Before sitting down for dinner, we will participate in a guided tasting to learn how to recognize the nuances and excellence of the estate's extra virgin olive oil, the true common thread of the entire gastronomic offering.

• Dinner and Show Cooking: We will settle down for dinner under the stars, where each dish is enhanced and exalted by the estate's green gold. A special moment will be dedicated to the first course, prepared live by the Chef directly on location.

• Appetizer: Selection of mixed local appetizers, rich in traditional Calabrian specialties.

• First Course: Mediterranean Spaghetti – A perfect combination of garlic, estate olive oil, chili pepper, anchovies, sun-dried tomatoes, toasted breadcrumbs, and a fresh hint of lemon zest.

• Second Course: Tender escalopes with olives accompanied by delicious baked "sandy" potatoes.

• Drinks and Coffee included: Water, selected local wine, and coffee at the end.

Children's Menu

Designed specifically for the little ones, with simple and genuine flavors:

• First Course: Penne with fresh tomato sauce.

• Second Course: Delicate chicken meatballs with baked potatoes.

• Drinks included: Water and orange juice.
